We start each Mom & Baby Yoga class online with a quick check-in, then do a 45 minute all levels yoga class where we find fun ways to integrate your baby (songs, tickles, kisses and movements).
Best suitable for moms 6-weeks post vaginal delivery & 8-weeks post C-section, up to pre-crawlers (if baby is a mover, keep an eye on them at all times!) If you want to come earlier, get clearance from your health care provider.
